Agreement and eligibility
By purchasing, creating an account, or using FishingHQ, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 and located in the United States. A parent or legal guardian must permit use and purchase by anyone under 18.
Account and access
FishingHQ has no ongoing free tier. Access requires a verified FishingHQ account plus an active monthly or annual Apple App Store or Google Play subscription, a store-confirmed trial, or a revocable partner grant issued by FishingHQ. Keep credentials secure and account information accurate.
Service and user responsibility
FishingHQ provides fishing intelligence, maps, weather and water context, trip planning, AI assistants, fish identification, catch tools, news, deal discovery, and saved content. Data and features may change and may be inaccurate or unavailable. You are responsible for official weather alerts, licenses, permits, seasons, limits, protected species, boating rules, closures, private property, and access permission. FishingHQ is not an emergency, navigation, legal, medical, or professional guide service.
User content and suggestions
You retain ownership of submitted content and grant FishingHQ a limited, worldwide, nonexclusive license to process it to operate and improve the service. Feedback and feature suggestions may be used, modified, or implemented without confidentiality, compensation, or an obligation to proceed. Do not submit content you lack the right to use.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass subscriptions, disrupt or probe security, scrape at unreasonable volume, submit malware or unlawful content, impersonate others, interfere with providers, trespass, poach, endanger people, or use FishingHQ to violate law. Automated access requires written permission.
Subscriptions and third parties
Subscriptions are governed by the Purchase and Subscription Terms and the applicable store purchase sheet. Third-party maps, assisted features, weather and water information, images, news, deals, public data, links, and billing have separate terms. FishingHQ receives no commission from displayed fishing deals and does not guarantee merchant prices, inventory, claims, or quality.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, FishingHQ is provided as is and as available. AI and data-driven output may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsafe. We disclaim implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed. FishingHQ and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data or profits, fishing outcomes, unsafe decisions, injury, property damage, penalties, or third-party conduct. Non-waivable consumer rights remain.
Termination, changes, and general terms
FishingHQ may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, or service discontinuation. We may update these Terms and will post a new effective date; material changes receive notice when appropriate. Applicable United States law governs without eliminating rights that cannot be waived. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues.
